TERMS OF SALE
1. GENERAL INFORMATIONS
Users who access the site and wish to purchase the products on sale therein may do so only if they are natural persons whose aims in accessing www.zuelements.com are unrelated to any commercial, entrepreneurial or professional activity they may carry out.
You must be at least 18 years of age we consider reliable in order to enter into an agreement with New Elements S.r.l.
When you make an order, you undertake to ensure that all the details you provide are true and exact, and that you are allowed to use the credit or debit card used for the order.
If the user does not possess such requisites, the sale may not be completed.
New Elements S.r.l. reserves the right to refuse the order. If your order is accepted temporarily, we will inform you by e-mail.
2. TERMS OF PURCHASE
When an order is made, you will receive confirmation by e-mail (to the email address you indicated during registration). This e-mail is merely a confirmation that the order has been received and does not constitute its automatic acceptance.
Product prices and services for foreign market (extra Italy) could be different depending on the trade policies of the destination country (see table). Purchase requests from countries not included in the list of "countries of sale" will not be accepted.
Product prices could be subject to updates. User should check the final purchase price before sending the order form.
Product prices include VAT.
Delivery costs will be added separately; these additional costs are clearly indicated when they apply and are included in the “total cost”. Without prejudice to what is stated above, the evident error in the price on the category pages and on the product profiles as compared to the commonly known price of the selected product gives New Elements S.r.l. the right to not confirm shipment and to immediately reimburse the purchase value the customer has paid without the customer being entitled to make any objections to it. Customers will however be promptly notified by our Customer Service department.
Customer must always preserve the order number communicated by the Seller, since this number to be indicated in any communication.
3. WARRANTIES AND SPECIFICATION OF PRODUCT PRICES
Products purchased on www.phard.it are sold directly by Print Service Srl with registered office in Italy Via Campanello 44/4681030 Teverola (CE) Italy, Tax Code No. and VAT No. 06030991217.
Print Service Srl does not sell used or faulty products, or those whose quality is lower than the equivalent standards offered on the market. The essential features of the products are shown on website on each product information sheet. The images and colours of the products offered for sale on www.phard.it may however not correspond to the actual ones owing to the Internet browser and monitor used.
All products are fitted with an ID tag attached using a disposable seal. You should not remove the tag and seal from purchased products since they form an integral part of the product. If you should exercise your right to withdraw, Print Service Srl is entitled to not accept the return of products which are lacking their ID tags, whose essential and quality characteristics have been altered or tampered with, or which are damaged.
If the article has been selected on the order form, but it is not available, Print Service Srl will promptly advice you by e-mail, proposing the end of the sale’s contract and the refund of price (including transport fees, if applicable) if you have already paid.
Payment of products may only be carried out as follows:
- PayPal and Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
You can choose to pay with Paypal using your account or with a credit card. We guarantee that every purchase is made in total security. The payment details are collected on the PayPal site (www.paypal.com) through the most advanced encryption technology systems in secure servers to guarantee maximum protection.
International shipping is available for goods purchased on our site. Shipping and handling charges will depend on the value of the order, the country to which goods are to be sent and the delivery times the customer requests (see table).
The goods we deliver will become property of the customer upon receipt. Customers will become responsible for the goods as soon as we have delivered them, also in the event of any loss or damage they may sustain from that moment onwards. Customers are asked to refuse the package if it should prove to be tampered with or in poor condition when delivered, and to promptly notify our Customer Service department. We will immediately check and send you a quick reply.
Users are invited to sign the transport document only after the above checks. If he accepts the delivery even in the case of damaged packaging, the User will forfeit from the legal guarantee of conformity of the products. In case of non-delivery for absence during the trial under the procedure applied by the courier, the shipment will remain in storage. If, within the time specified in the notice left by the courier to the customer, the parcel is withdrawn, it will be returned to the Seller and the contract is considered closed. In case of non-delivery, Print Service Srl will send a simple communication by e-mail to the customer, and your order will be in effect cancelled. Within 15 days after such notice, Print Service Srl will refund the total sum paid by you for the products. From this amount will be deducted the cost of shipping, and any other applicable expense that Print Service Srl has incurred due to non-delivery depended on the absence or the inertia of the User. The refund will be credited to the same means of payment used by the User. Print Service Srl reserves the right to refuse new orders from users who have already made breaches of the obligation to take delivery of the products.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You are entitled to withdraw from the agreement without providing any grounds and without any penalty within 14 business days from receipt of the products. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must log in at the website and go to Order history section which is in the area “My account”.
In the statement the customer must specify the products for which it intends to exercise his right of withdrawal.
Please send the goods back or deliver them to: Print Service Srl, C/o Consorzio Impre.co lotto 19 - Str. Consortile 81032 CARINARO (CE) Italy , without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date you notified your withdrawal from this agreement.
Solely for the compliance of the return, products are considered shipped when they are delivered to the post office or the courier.Remember that you can send returns only from the same country in which the order was made.
All risks of loss or damage to the products during shipping for the return will be under the customer charge.
Direct costs for returned products are to the User who exercises withdrawal.
7. RIGHT OF RETURN FOR DEFECTS OR NON-INFRIMGEMENT
If product received is different from the one ordered, or it presents any defect, you have the right to terminate the contract or to assess the replacement of the good where possible.
The user have to contact Our Customer Service that will create a return authorisation and will coordinate with the courier with the shipment with no additional charges. New Elements will take care of both (return and eventual replacement).
The Customer will receive a new waybill to be printed and apply to the box.

User can send returns only from the same country in which the order was made.
All risks of loss or damage to the products during shipping for the return shall be borne by the customer.
All products sold by Print Service Srl are provided with an ID tag attached using a disposable seal, which forms an integral part of the article. You should try on the product without removing the ID tag or its seal since any products returned without them will not be accepted.
After you return the products, Print Service Srl performs all necessary assessments of their conformity with the conditions and terms set out herein. If the assessments have a successful outcome, Print Service Srl will send you e-mail confirmation that the returned products have been accepted.
Whatever the payment method you used, Print Service Srl makes the refund no later than 30 days after the date we receive your goods.
The refund may be suspended until the goods are received or until the consumer has demonstrated that the goods have been sent back.
If the recipient of the products specified in the order form does not correspond with the person who has paid for their purchase, Print Service Srl will in any case refund the purchase price to the person who made the payment if the right to withdraw is exercised.
In the case of received delivery of the return, Print Service Srl should find a decrease in the value of the products due to the customer, it will have the right to offset the amount corresponding to the aforementioned decrease in value with the amount to refund the user to effect the return; in this case, the User will be notified within 14 days of receipt of the return.
9. OUR LIABILITY TO THE CUSTOMER
None of these Terms of Sale may exclude or limit our direct liability to the customer in the event of fraud, death or physical harm to the person or any other circumstance for which the law does not allow exclusions or limitations of liability. We decline all liability to those customers with whom an agreement has been entered into in the following cases:
any loss of profit, earnings, business, income or goodwill;
any data loss, damage or corruption;
any loss or damage that does not constitute a reasonably foreseeable consequence of a violation of the contract by us or of our legal obligation to provide assistance.
None of the Terms of Sale set forth herein may negatively affect the customer’s statutory rights.
10. PERSONAL INFORMATION
When making an order through our site, our customers provide us with their personal information. We will use this personal information to process the order, deliver the goods and for a limited range of other purposes.
11. GENERAL CONDITIONS
The agreement between the customer and us is subject to Italian law. Our or the customer’s failure to exercise, or exercise too late, the rights under this contract will not preclude their exercise thereafter, subject to legal requirements. If any provision contained in the contract should be found to be invalid or not applicable by law, this clause will be removed without the remaining terms being affected.

12. DISCOUNT COUPON
The coupon is valid for 30 days from the receipt of the confirmation email and will be automatically calculated in the cart. Offer valid only for the first purchase made with your registered email address on zuelements.it. The offer is not applicable on previous orders and is used only once.
You can not use more coupons for the same order.
